Enjoy an authentic Rocky Mountain vacation experience at the Indiana Creek Lodge, a private vacation home located just a mile south of downtown Breckenridge within a five minute drive of the ski slopes. Home features 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft with an abundance of space for groups of up to twelve guests. The Indiana Creek Lodge is an ideal lodging choice for Breckenridge visitors wanting a peaceful mountain retreat in a setting only minutes from all of the Breckenridge attractions.

Set under vaulted ceilings that add a feeling of space and allow for massive windows, the main level living room offers comfortable furnishings centered on a fireplace and flat screen television with access to the large deck and private hot tub just off of the living area. Open to the living room, the dining area has two tables plus a breakfast bar attached to the adjacent kitchen that features granite countertops and upscale appliances.

Indiana Creek Lodge has three bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The master suite is on the main level, and two bedrooms and a sleeping loft are on the upper level. Furnished with a King bed, the master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and stall shower. Overlooking the living room is a loft area equipped with a Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two guests. Off of the loft are two large bedrooms, both having a King or Queen and two Twin beds, accommodating up to four guests in each bedroom.

    MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age requirement for renters and occupants is 27 years of age, unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.

    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This home will accommodate up to 12. Please note that this includes 6 twin beds.

    ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER GUEST OVER 8: There is a per night additional charge of $25 per guest over 8. The additional charges will be collected prior to arrival if not included in the reservation upon booking.

    RENTER DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be taken from the security deposit or charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    CLEANING SERVICE: Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.

    ONE TIME CLEANING FEE: One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    NON-SMOKING UNIT: This is a non smoking unit and property. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the home, garage, decks and grounds. Any smoking in the unit or on the property will be subject to an immediate $1000 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.

    LIABILITY WAIVER: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.

    FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This includes mis-stating number of adults and children to be occupying the property. Max number of adults and children on any given night should be property stated on the reservation.

    Private home has attached apartment that is occupied by the caretaker of the unit. In addition to maintaining the home and grounds, the caretaker is also available for concierge services. Please contact us for more information.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
