Welcome to Frary's Modern Mountain Ski Cabin and enjoy an affordable ski getaway in our cozy cabin in the woods. Located just south of town in the Blue River area of Breckenridge, our cabin offers easy access to skiing and the town of Breckenridge. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, private hot tub, fire pit and room for the kids to run around. Check out our newly added zip line and treehouse - your kids will never want to leave!

Right off Hwy 9 for each access. Stream runs along side of property for added ambiance. ALL THIS just 6 miles from the town of Breckenridge and world class skiing.

The furnishings and maintenance of this home will impress you when you walk in. The owners have decorated in modern mountain ski theme. Home features an open layout, perfect for entertaining with combination kitchen, dining and living area.

The kitchen is well equipped and there are two dining areas - the dining room and an additional table in the eat-in kitchen - as well as bar stool seating to accommodate family dinners.

Just off the kitchen, owners have recently added an awesome backyard deck, with plenty of seating to enjoy the views and fresh Colorado air, as well as outside dining and a 6 person private hot tub.

The living area has a wood burning fireplace and lots of windows making the room open and bright. Step out the front door to a large deck with gas grill.

The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is the bunk room and features two full bunk beds (sleep 2 in each bunk). The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share the main hallway full bath with bathtub and shower.

Our home has all the amenities you will need for your stay, including full kitchen, linens, satellite TV (TVs in main living area and master bedroom), outdoor grill and fire pit located right next to the mountain stream.

Our home will easily accommodate up to 8 guests and provides an inviting setting for a good book and wonderful mountain views, or an easy drive to the diverse activities in the Breckenridge area. It is located less than a mile from Quandary Peak, one of Colorado's majestic 14,000-foot mountains, and is minutes from skiing, shopping, dining, music and nightlife of historic Breckenridge.

In addition to the 10-mile range of ski slopes for which Breckenridge is famous, other world class skiing is within 45 minutes drive, including Keystone (try night skiing), Arapahoe Basin (or A-Basin as locals call it) Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek. Fishing, golf, hiking, rafting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, road and mountain biking, ice skating and horseback riding make the Breckenridge area a year-around destination for outdoor activities.

Welcome to our Breckenridge cabin. We purchased this home to provide a family friendly atmosphere in the mountains for our kids, to entertain family, and to enjoy skiing, biking, fishing, and everything the area has to offer.

It is our second home and we love the views, and the feeling of being away from town on an acre of land with room for kids to run around. We also love that town is only 8 minutes away, and that we can be on the slopes in 10 minutes.

Having two children of our own, living in a kid friendly home and environment is important to us. As a family, we love walking, fishing, skiing, jeeping, mountain biking, and exploring the area. One of our most favorite activities is going about a mile up the road to Blue Lakes and seeing the White Mountain Goats near the beautiful waterfalls.

And, best of all. We are very close to highway 9, and its very convenient to get to Breckenridge. It takes between 8 – 10 minutes to get to town. It’s a straight shot, with no turns and very easy. You also do not need to worry about needing a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We are just one block off Hwy 9, so we always have easy access.

We are just 6 miles south of Breckenridge, right off Hwy 9 for easy access both summer and winter and a quick drive to the town of Breckenridge and world famous skiing. Four wheel drive is NOT required for access to our cabin

    Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.

    One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the home. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $350 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

    Our home is located with a stream on two sides of the property. Children should be watched at all times and all renters should be aware that the stream can run quickly and be dangerous.

    Property also has a large firepit located right outside the home beside the stream. Renters agree to abide by local fire restrictions and refrain from use during high danger times. Renters also agree to ensure that all fires built are monitored at all times and fully extinguished prior to leaving the fire pit area. Best way to put out the fire is to cover with sand.

    Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
