    Welcome to the Lift Condominium. Our family-friendly home offers great value and comfort for those seeking walking proximity to Breckenridge skiing and all downtown Breckenridge can offer!

    Situated on Snowberry Road, this condo is conveniently located on the first floor of The Lift’s Building A, above the garage. It is 1000 feet from the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, near Maggie’s Pond) AND just one block south of Main Street! Breck’s retail and dining center - Main Street Station - is also just steps away.

    Lift 103 is a two bedroom, three bath condominium providing you with 1200 square feet and space to sleep up to eight, new leather living room furniture, gas fireplace, full kitchen, outdoor gas grill, modern appliances, humidifiers, pristine bathrooms, and more!

    All of our guests also have access to the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse, located right next to The Lift complex. The Columbine Pool area features a large outdoor, heated swimming pool and 4 hot tubs, two indoor and two outdoor. The clubhouse also has locker rooms and a sauna and is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. Or, take the day off and let the kids play in the pool all day!

    What we love about our condo:

    I visited Breckenridge for the first time the last week of 1989 and enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to look for a condo to buy. I found Lift 103, made an offer, and closed on the deal at the end of that ski season and have had no regrets. The location is ideal (walking distance to the mountain and town), and the amenities are many. The guest books in the condo bear witness to the pleasant experiences enjoyed at the condo by guests.     Skiing: Your Breckenridge ski pass is also good at Keystone (try night skiing!) and Arapahoe Basin. In addition, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all within 1 hour of Breckenridge, giving you the choice of 6 different major ski areas.

    Need a break from skiing? Try snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horse and sleigh rides, nordic skiing, snow tubing, outlet mall shopping, or stay in Breckenridge and browse over 200 shops and restaurants!

  • Terms & Regulations:
    We look forward to your rental, but please know that smoking and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours after 10 PM.

    PROPERTY DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be applied to the credit card used in the reservation.

    CLEANING FEE: A one time cleaning fee applies to each rental. Condo does not offer daily cleaning service, but cleaning can be scheduled during your stay for an additional fee.

    MINIMUM AGE: Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests less than 25 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement. A $100 fine per day may also apply.

    KEY RETURN TO UNIT: A $25 fine will be charged per key that is not returned to the lock box.

    CHECK-OUT TIME: Check out time is 10 AM and is is strictly adhered to. $100 fine will be charged for late check-outs.

    POOL & CLUBHOUSE: Guests have access to a shared pool and hot tubs via Columbine Pool. There are summer hours for the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Winter hours during ski season run from Mid November to mid April. Pools are closed during both spring shoulder (ski area close to Memorial Day) and fall shoulder (Labor Day to ski opening) seasons.

    CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION SUMMER 2018: A major renovation was recently approved to update the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse. Unfortunately, this means that the pool and clubhouse will be closed from April 2018 - November 2018. But, we look forward to having a new facility for the enjoyment of our future guests!
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
