Ten Peak View Lodge is a luxury ski home perfect for one or more families to come and enjoy that taste of Colorado and the very best views Breckenridge has to offer. This executive home feels like a modern mountain lodge with modern mountain finishes throughout. Our home was build to be enjoyed and we hope you’ll come visit us and experience Colorado luxury living with five star amenities and an unforgettable outdoor living space across three levels of our home. We feature four bedrooms and five full bathrooms, with plenty of room for generational family gatherings or large group stays.

Our home is located on eight plus acres and has amazing privacy! We sit above the picturesque town of Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. With the un-ending views (we actually feel like we could reach out and touch the mountains!) and plenty of space for families and friends, this is the perfect location for your ski or summer Colorado holiday.

Enter our home up flagstone steps and entry into an open floor plan on the main level with great room, dining, kitchen and access to expansive decks. We have full floor to ceiling windows to capture the views and draw your attention to our “Natural Mountain” art in every room. The great room features combination living, dining and gourmet kitchen. The living area features a floor to ceiling moss rock fireplace and allows you to settle in to relax and gather with family and friends. The state of the art kitchen is a chef’s and entertainer’s dream. Meals are made easy with large work islands, extra large refrigerator, two dishwashers, two sinks, two ovens, a six-burner gas stove, and spaghetti pot fill. Between the kitchen and living area is a spacious dining room, with seating for 10 and additional seating in the kitchen island.

Upstairs from the great room is the family / TV room with large sectional sofa and big screen TV. We also have a game table and cute “play cubbies” for the kids. Perfect space to enjoy family time. There is also a full bath in the upstairs TV / game room.

With four bedrooms and five full baths, we can accommodate up to 12. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath with jetted tub, separate shower and access to the lower deck. The first guest room is equipped with a queen size bed and utilized the full bath down the hall. Our third guest bedroom is family suite, featuring three queen beds. It used the adjacent large bathroom, easily accommodating guests. The fourth guest bedroom is on the main level and features a queen bed. It also has a bathroom just adjacent to the guest room for easy guest access.

A new hot tub was added in 2017. Complete privacy looking out into the woods from the home's hot tub is simply the perfect way to start or end your day.

We love this location for Outdoor fun! Several cross country ski and snowshoe trails are within minutes from the Ten Peak View Lodge, including the famous “Baker Tank Trail” Sally Barber Mine. We’re just 3 miles from the edge of Breckenridge. We are very close to the free shuttle stop (located on Boreas Pass Road), which runs until midnight. This is perfect for summer access as well – check out our Peak 8 fun parking including the alpine slide, bungee trampoline, zip lining, mountain maze, mini golf, or mountain bike riding and hiking. For winter, access the shuttle to the town of Breckenridge (avoid pay parking) and enjoy après ski in town, drinks, dinner, and shopping. We do not recommended walking to the FREE shuttle in ski boots (just a tad far), but a friend can drop you off at the stop in about 1 minute.

And, you don’t have to leave our property to have FUN! We feature a child’s playhouse, accessed only via summer (non-snow) months for hours of entertainment and old fashioned pony swings! We even have hiking trails that go across our property that hook up to trails going downtown. And, with over 8 acres, plenty of space to enjoy.

    NO SKI BOOTS OR SHOES IN HOME: We kindly ask that NO SKI BOOTS or SKIS to be taken into the home. We have provided ski racks, boot and glove warmers in our garage and ask that all skis and ski gear be stored in the garage. The garage is heated for your convenience!

    THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in garage in driveway or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $5000 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

    PLEASE NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOME. We kindly ask that enter through the garage and remove your ski boots and shoes while inside our home. Absolutely no SKI BOOTS allowed inside the home. HUGE THANK YOU for helping us to keep our home nice for you and all of our guests.

    MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests less than 25 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement.

    PROPERTY DAMAGES. Renters will be responsible for any property damages and excessive cleaning incurred during their stay. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. CLEANING SERVICES. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. Home does have a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to twelve (12) persons.

    FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

    LIABILITY RELEASE: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
