    We welcome you to our light, spacious 1300 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo equipped with everything you will need to make your mountain experience the trip of a lifetime!

    Due to its corner location with large picture windows, our Tannenbaum II condo provides a most serene view of spectacular pine trees accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Blue River. You'll enter into the great room of the condo with combination living, dining and kitchen. This space is large and very easy to hang out! The living area has two full size leather sofa's and features a gas fireplace. Dining room can accommodate up to 8 and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for an evening in!

    We are located only a short, 4-6 minute walk from the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school as well as Breckenridge’s charming Main Street with its many interesting shops, galleries, and fabulous dining. While we advertise as a walk-in, walk-out condo, many consider our location to be as good as the ski-in, ski-out properties, with ski area access located directly behind our complex. Check out guide book for more details. And, please note, all ski access is weather dependent.

    A swimming pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs are just a short, 100 yard stroll away. You will find easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, performing arts center and all that Breckenridge has to offer all year long.

    Lots of amenities are included to enhance your mountain stay: gas fireplace, upscale furnishings including 3 flat screen HDTVs (one is a 37 inch with DVR), cable and wireless internet, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, & access to a large picnic area.

    An elevator makes unloading luggage, groceries, and skis & boards an easy task. Parking is provided for two cars (one is covered), and permits are required.

    Bedrooms are oversized to easily accommodate 8 guests. The large master bedroom has a king bed plus daybed and sitting area as well as a private bath. The second large bedroom has 2 queen beds plus a daybed and private bath. A third full bath is located just off the great room for your convenience.

    We just purchased this condo in the fall of 2017 so please be aware that we may lack reviews, but we are most certainly excited to host you in our new Breck condo!

    Our local host in Breckenridge has made every effort to help us get our condo ready for you and to ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay in our mountain home. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you!

    Note: There are summer hours for the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Check for Winter hours during ski season from Mid November to mid April. Pool and clubhouse is closed in spring shoulder season (after ski close until Memorial Day) and fall shoulder season (after Labor Day until Ski opening). Pool is closed SUMMER 2018 for Major Renovation.

    MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests less than 25 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement.

    PROPERTY DAMAGES. An inspection will be conducted after each stay. Any damages incurred during the stay or excessive cleaning charges incurred following the stay are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation or taken out of the security deposit.

    CLEANING. A one time cleaning fee will be assessed for each reservation. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

    THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in parking lot or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $350 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. Appreciate your understanding.

    GUEST PARKING. Parking is available for two cars only. Renters must have a parking permit hang tag, picked up with the keys, visible in their vehicle to avoid towing.

    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to ten (10) persons.

    FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

    NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival.

    POOL & CLUBHOUSE: Guests have access to a shared pool and hot tubs via Columbine Pool. There are summer hours for the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Winter hours during ski season run from Mid November to mid April. Pools are closed during both spring shoulder (ski area close to Memorial Day) and fall shoulder (Labor Day to ski opening) seasons.

    CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION SUMMER 2018: A major renovation was recently approved to update the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse. Unfortunately, this means that the pool and clubhouse will be closed from April 2018 - November 2018. But, we look forward to having a new facility for the enjoyment of our future guests!

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel.
