    Ski-In Vacation Condo in Premier Downtown Location - 1 block from new gondola. Half block from shops, dining, bars, entertainment, and very popular river park. Park your car in the heated garage and start relaxing. Large 1 Bedroom with separate sink. Large 1 Bath with heated tile. Condo has over 632 sq-ft plus large private deck with relaxing swing. Condo has king-size bed, deluxe queen-size sofa-sleeper, and deluxe twin-size rollaway. The queen size sofa-sleeper matress is extra long, so it is comfortable for 6' adults to sleep on it. The 5th person could use the twin rollaway. There are 5 towel sets. View from condo overlooks the Blue River with great views of the mountains. Bridges provide access to central downtown shops, dining, bars, and entertainment, just steps away from your vacation condo. Condo is managed totally by the owner. Well furnished and very "homey." Lots of extras, including cable-TV with fast&free internet access, relaxing porch swing overlooking river, gas-fireplace, full kitchen, sink in bedroom, stereo-boombox, combination TV/DVD/VCR in bedroom and living-room, washer/dryer in condo. Especially in the spring/summer/fall time one can sleep to the peaceful sounds of the river...Complex has indoor and outdoor hot-tubs, heated-pool, fitness center, sauna, steam room, lounge with bar, heated parking, movie library, rental-shop, and restaurant.

    Condo has excellent location. Condo ski-in via the 4 O'clock ski run which ends right at Park Avenue near Ski-Hill Road. Condo is 1/2 block from central Main Street, offering easy access to Breck's shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, and very popular river park. Condo is about 1 block from new gondola and 4 blocks from Peak 9. Condo is short bus ride to indoor and outdoor ice rinks, indoor tennis courts, indoor pool with water slide, indoor climbing wall, indoor basketball courts, etc. Shuttles run often and are located directly in front of the condo complex, with access to both Peak 8 and Peak 9 bases.     Terms & Regulations: No Smoking. No Pets. Quiet hours 10 PM - 6 AM. Condo complex allows one vehicle per unit to be parked in garage, and it may be possible to park two vehicles if there is room available. Height of the garage door is (7' 8"). Obtain key card at check in. Key card also gives access to garage and to building after hours. A valid parking pass will need to be hanging from rear view mirror. Obtain parking pass from CMS at check-in. There is a $50 charge for each lost key card, so be sure to return all key cards and parking passes to same place as check-in. For weekly rentals, a mid-week towel exchange will be provided if requested. Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. However renters/guests may request additional services for additional charges. For long distance phone service please bring a calling card or cell phone. Renters/guests will be responsible for any property damages/charges incurred during their stay. Any damages/charges to the unit will be charged to the credit card on file used for the reservation. Notes: If a light or electrical outlet is not working a circuit breaker might be tripped. Simply reset the circuit breaker(s). The circuit breaker box is behind the picture mirror by the coat closet. If someone has trouble calling the room phone, the "Do-Not-Disturb" for the phone is most likely on. Have someone at the front desk turn it off or have them call Tom Hall the IT guy for RML (970-547-3221) to turn it off. For any questions/issues concerning the internet please call 877-208-4141. For linens, cleaning issues, or check-in/out issues contact Colorado Mountain Services (CMS)970-453-6390. Referral program: After you have stayed in this unit for at least 3 consecutive nites, earn a 10% referral for the first stay of any friends or relatives who have also stayed in this unit on a later date for at least 3 consecutive nites. To qualify the referral stay must be at a non-discounted rate. If the referral stay qualifies have them email me stating that you referred them.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available at check out as an optional service.
