    Cozy up by the fire after a long day on the mountain in this rustic full log cabin nestled in the beautiful mountains of Breckenridge. Enjoy the views and seclusion of this rare cabin in the woods with all the comforts of home, including cable tv, wireless internet, and a 6 person hot-tub.

    Home is classic log cabin style, very open with combination kitchen, dining and living room, overlooking the deck. Deck is large wrap-around, with fantastic views of Ten Mile Range.

    Bedrooms: 2 Bedroom plus loft. Master and 2nd bedroom both have a queen size bed. Loft has 2 twin beds and one queen size bed. There is a second bathroom in the loft and the downstairs bathroom has just been remodeled. (We also have a port-o-crib available for use.)The cabin sleeps a total of 8.

    Square footage of the home is approxiately 1,600 square feet.

    You won't find seclusion and views like this, just 3 miles from the city of Breckenridge. Home is located in a Breckenridge neighborhood with access via county roads and maintained during the winter for access by car. Four wheel drive or tire chains are recommended as roads can get snowpacked in winter months.

    Located approximately 3 miles east of Downtown Breckenridge. True cabin in the woods feel even though you're in a Breckenridge neighborhood. Fantastic views of 10 mile range from the deck.

    Steps to National Forest trailheads for hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking.

    Minutes to city of Breckenridge and ski area. Easiest access is to park in the skier parking on Park Avenue and take the shuttle buses to either Peak 8 or Peak 9. Look for the gondola in the winter of 2007!

    Breck also boasts a local ice rink, state of the art Recreation facility, with climbing wall, pool, slide for the kids, hot tubs, sauna and classes.

    30 minutes from other summit county attractions including Lake Dillon, Copper Mountain, Keystone Mountain and less than an hour to Vail and Beaver Creek.

    Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Renters may also be charged if the cabin is left excessively dirty, or if the check-out procedures are not followed. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge.

    Hot tub is serviced regularly after each rental. A $100 charge will be assessed if excessive dirt, beverages or other substances require extensive cleaning, as reported per our hot tub servicing company or cleaning contacts. Please be careful when opening the covers as tears to the hot-tub, including the straps that clip down, will be charged to the renter. Estimated costs for replacement of the hot tub cover may be up to $500.

    An additional cleaning fee may be charged if excessive ashes are left on the floor around the fireplace or scattered throughout the home. If you have any questions about how to use the fireplace, please contact us. You have our contact information on your reservation confirmation.

    Any damages caused per the renting party will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    Minimum rental age is 27 years old.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
