Description: - The unit sleeps 6-8 people. One bedroom has a king bed with access to a bath room. The other bedroom includes an adjoining bathroom and queen bed. The loft overlooks the queen bedroom and has two twin beds. There is also a fold out queen sofa. The condo building was recently renovated with new decking,windows and painting. The courtyard includes a grill and picnic tables for eating outdoors. The unit includes two balconies and shared indoor and outdoor hot tubs, outdoor heated pool and sauna with the Columbine Association.

Condo does not offer daily cleaning services.
Condo allows two vehicles to be parked on premise.
A cleaning fee of $110 will be charged for stays less than 4 nights. This fee will be waived for stays of 4 nights or longer.
A $20 assessment will be charged for any keys not returned during the check-out process. The $20 assessment is a per key charge.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
