    Our 3 BR, 3 BA first-floor townhome in Keystone (sleeps 10) is close to Keystone Lake and Keystone Resort – catch the free shuttle to the Resort’s slopes, trails, and spa. Then come home and relax on the back patio overlooking Snake River! With a lovely open-concept living area, three bedroom suites with their own bathrooms, and proximity to Snake River, the Convention Center, and more, this townhouse makes for a great vacation in any season!


    INSIDE OUR HOME

    Enter our home and leave your coat and keys in the entryway, with hooks on the wall and a bench below for pulling off your boots.

    The kitchen has all the essentials, including major appliances plus a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. Plus lots of counter space so you can cook for a crew! Sit down to dinner at the table for 8.

    Get comfy in the open-concept living room with 42” flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace with a log mantle. For some fresh mountain air, slide open the glass door to the patio, which has a table, 4 chairs and a propane gas grill.

    The main floor bedroom features a Captain's bunk with a queen bed on the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a pull out trundle bed (additional single) to accommodate up to 4.

    The upstairs features two additional bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom suite. There is also a pack and play in the closet for the little ones.

    The second bedroom is another Captain's bunk with a queen bed on the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a pull out trundle bed (additional single) to accommodate up to 4. This bedroom also have a flat screen TV.


    OUR LOCATION – IT SIMPLY ROCKS!

    Take advantage of the free resort shuttle bus here at this townhouse! With a phone call, it will come right to your door and take you to the Keystone Resort’s many attractions, including winter slopes, mountain trails, and kid-friendly events. Looking for a bit more peace and quiet? The spa is steps away and features a hot tub, steam room, and heated changing rooms.

    You’ll find a variety of stores and restaurants along US Highway 6, including Bighorn Bistro, less than a mile away. Head to the Adventure Center, a few minutes away, and rent bikes to explore the area in warmer weather. Follow Tram Road to Keystone Lake, half a mile away, for paddleboating in summer. In the winter enjoy the largest outdoor, zamboni-maintained ice rink in North America on Keystone Lake right outside your door. Take the free shuttle to the slopes or drive to the free parking lot at River Run. Keystone is even open for night skiing.

    Surrounding Keystone Lake are great dining options that you can walk to: Big Horn Steakhouse, Edgewater Café, Pizza on the Plaza and more.

    Townhome does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.

    Condo allows two vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. Parking passes are in the unit and must be returned (we are charged $50 per pass) to unit when you leave.

    One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $750 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
