    Welcome to our Skier’s Paradise! Our NEWLY remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is centrally located in the Treehouse condominium complex in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne. We love this location! Five world-class ski resorts (Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland) are within a short 20-25-minute drive, with Vail and Beaver Creek only 45 minutes away. Check the latest snow forecast and hit the best powder! You can drive to the resorts or take the Summit County Shuttle bus which comes right to our complex.

    Want a break from skiing? Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are across the street with access directly into the Eagles Nest Wilderness where beautiful vistas and solitude are yours for the taking. The Wildernest area also offer fantastic hiking in the summer months.

    Recently remodeled, condo features full kitchen with granite countertops, eat-in kitchen table and open to living area for great room feel. Condo has two bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom has a king size bed and in-suite bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of captain's bunk (double on bottom, single on top), with access to hallway bath.

    We also boast the best clubhouse in town! Our clubhouse features a swimming pool, racquetball court, multiple hot tubs, sauna, steam room, arcade, air hockey, billiard tables, fitness room, laundry facilities, and conference rooms. We also have a beautiful lounge area on the top floor with some pretty amazing views. Many of our guests just like to hang in the clubhouse for the day and the kiddo’s definitely want to keep coming back!

    If you have a car, you'll find it super easy to get our and explore our county! And, for those that do not have a vehicle, the free Summit Stage bus is a 5-minute ride down to the Silverthorne. Enjoy the outlet malls (including Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Nike, Lucky Brand, Gap and many more), or catch the exchange bus to other local areas of Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.

    No Pets: Please, no pets allowed per Treehouse HOA rule that allows owners only to have pets on the property.

    Smoke FREE Environment – No Smoking: Our home is a completely SMOKE FREE environment. In addition, there is no smoking inside of the clubhouse.

    We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking inside the property. This includes cigarette smoke, e-cigarettes and marijuana (pot) smoke.

    Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $1000 fine and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors.

    If you want to participate in Colorado’s cannabis consumption, we highly recommend the vapor pens outside of our home and property. No smell, no impact on others, all good! Appreciate your understanding. 

    Noise/Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of the properties quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

    Starter Paper Supplies & Amenities: Our home is equipped with all bed linen, pillows, bath towels, etc. We also include starter paper supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex) and starter amenities (coffee, tea, shampoo and conditioner).
    Please note that we do NOT offer daily maid service and that the supplies provided are expected to last for a day or two. We do not replenish during your stay and we ask that you plan accordingly to bring toiletries and any other personal items needed for your stay. Depending upon your visit, it may also be necessary to purchase additional paper items.

    Locker Access - No SKIS Inside Our Home: We ask that all SKIS be stored either in vehicles or in our ski locker and not taken into the home. Thank you!

    Please NO SHOES Inside Our Home: We kindly ask that you remove your ski boots and shoes as soon as you enter the home. While inside our home, we ask that you do not wear shoes. HUGE THANK YOU for helping us to keep our home nice for you, for us and all of our future guests.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
