    Welcome to Breckenridge and our Der Steiermark Condo! Recently remodeled and super cozy,our condo boasts a fantastic central location in Breck. Smack downtown and right across the street from the Village at Breckenridge and Quicksilver ski access.

    The condo itself is warm and inviting. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a comfortable queen size pull out couch in the living room completing the unit’s capacity to accommodate 4 people.

    The complex offers in unit wi-fi, heated underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, on site ski rental shop, and Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant. Der Steiermark has everything that you are looking for in a Breckenridge vacation and more.

    Great Location: Located a half block off Historic Main Street at Peak 9 base area, you can walk to everything Breck has to offer. Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. Breakfast or coffee shops are within a block. Then, just walk across the street to the Quicksilver high speed lift to start your ski day. Or, schedule your ski lessons at Brecks world class ski school – just a block away. You can make a quick stop into the condo for lunch, or enjoy one of the on-mountain dinning locations. At the end of the ski day, Peak 9 base has a number of Après ski bars. Or grab a margarita just downstairs from this condo. For dinner, it is a short walk to the many wonderful Breck restaurants. And, for nightlife, there are numerous bars and nightclubs within a couple blocks.

    Building Amenities: Inside the building you have two ski shops, hot tubs, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. The elevator will take you up to the second floor unit or down to the heated garage where you will have free parking for one car. The Mexican restaurant (Mi Casa) has a large deck beside the Blue River.

The quaint little town has so much to offer including amazing slopes, rich foodie culture, and perfect calmness to get away from our busy lifestyles. Our condo is truly a perfect balance of everything one could want to do while on a serene, mountain vacation.

    One of the things we love most about our condo is the quick access to everything at your fingertips. Seriously – please take advantage of this! We hope that our guests reap the benefits of how close we are to the slopes, and get there before everyone else. We also love how guests can drop their equipment, and walk downstairs after the lifts closes to beat everyone to a delicious après ski meal (and margaritas).

    We hope that our guests feel our condo is a cozy home away from home, a place where they make great memories with their loved ones that they will cherish. The mountains and nature that Colorado has to offer are amazing.

    Located right across the street from the Village at Peak 9 in Breckenridge, guests enjoy access to Quicksilver lift via a quick walk through the village base. Condo is located downtown above the Micasa Restaurant for easy access to Main Street shops and restaurants. You will not need a car - you're close to everything Breck offers!

    Skiing: Your Breckenridge ski pass is also good at Keystone (try night skiing!) and Arapahoe Basin. In addition, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all within 1 hour of Breckenridge, giving you the choice of 6 different major ski areas. Need a break from skiing? Try snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horse and sleigh rides, nordic skiing, snow tubing, outlet mall shopping, or stay in Breckenridge and browse over 200 shops and restaurants!

    Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.

    Condo allows one vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.

    One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors.

    Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
