OUR BLAZING SADDLES CONDO:
Ski-in condo remodeled 2021. Enjoy the best ski mountain views Breckenridge has to offer, just 1/2 block to central Main Street. Top floor condo offers accommodations for two.
Condo has a queen size bed, leather chairs for relaxing and watching the flat screen TV, small dining area and full kitchen. Cozy and perfect for two to enjoy a needed break or holiday in Breckenridge.
The window faces west to the ski area and sunset. You can ski right down the 4 oclock run and you will be across the street from your condo. Parking is included. You will find you are within walking distance of everything. Keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
Condo is ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run or accessible via the green route on the shuttle. In the morning, you can either take the shuttle to the slopes (once again, green route - same side of street goes to Peak 8, cross the street to go to Peak 9) located in the front of the building or walk 3 blocks to the gondola.
For evenings, you can't get any closer to downtown. Cross the bridge and you're there. This is also an excellent summer location. Located right on the Blue River and just steps from the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's center stage for summer events and activities.
Youll love all that Breck has to offer: walk outside to hear free concerts in the Riverwalk Center, peruse the village festivals and enjoy the citys dining and night life. You may even want to join the morning yoga classes on the lawn outside. Once done city-side, you can walk across the river and escape to this cozy studio for some relaxation and solitude.
Other amenities are a welcome basket with a variety of teas and coffees. We recently installed a convenient in-room combination washer and dryer, perfect for throwing your ski gear in at the end of the day. As this is a small RV style laundry, large loads are not recommended. We do have coin operated laundry in the complex, exit outside and located on the north side of the building, as well as commercial laundromat approximately 3 blocks away. We also have a small, roll away cot (suitable for children only) available for extra sleeping.
On the ground floor of Blazing Saddles, for easy convenience, is Lone Star Sports (20% discounts on ski rental for VacaVibe renters) along with a liquor store and sushi restaurant.
What we love about this condo - Location! Location! Location! AND VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS! Close to everything and best views in town - you just can't beat it.

NON-REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER: Rest easy knowing your space is covered with $2500 in All-Risk Damage Protection! Although rare, accidental damage does happen. Traditionally, damage risks have been managed via large security deposits and/or outside insurance policies. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. Instead of a security deposit, we charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee per reservation that covers up to $2500 in damages as a result of guest acts, accidents or omissions. With all-risk protection, damage is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, odor, infestation, or prior damage.
