Upstairs is the main living area, featuring professionally designed kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. Perfect for entertaining and well equipped for family stays. The kitchen opens to the living and dining room for a relaxed, great room feel. The dining room is finished with contemporary seating, a table that seats 7 plus island bar accommodating 3 more.

The main living area features a gas fireplace with gorgeous stacked stone and reclaimed barn wood mantle, creating a cozy and beautiful setting for family gatherings. The living area also features a custom designed furniture and a large flat screen TV.

Our home is perfect for small groups or multiple families. The master is located on the Main Level with a King size heavenly bed and private full bathroom. Upstairs we have two family suites. The first guest suite has a 2nd King heavenly bed as well as two twins and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Also upstairs is a 2nd family suite with a Queen bed plus two twins and a trundle, accommodating up to 5 guests. The upstairs bedrooms shared a full bath. On the lower level of the home is a sleeping den with a COMING SOON sofa sleeper (we have an aerobed if you are our guests prior to it's arrival) and private full bath. The laundry is also located in the lower level. The lower level is at the entry of the home and offers privacy from the rest of the home and sleeps like a 4th bedroom.

Need to work throughout your stay? Not a problem, we regular work from our “mountain home” and we have equipped the home with high-speed (5G) wireless internet and a wireless printer. We also have a work desk located in the lower sleeping den.

Location can’t be better than this. In fact, the main factor in our decision to purchase this property is LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We are just thre blocks to Main Street, so easy walking access to Frisco shops and restaurants. The shuttle bus to both Copper Mountain and the main Frisco Transit Center is located right at Main Street – nice bonus! We are also around the corner from the Walter Byron Park in Frisco and just a block to the bike path headed over to Lake Dillon, Frisco Marina. We love the easy access in both winter and summer!

Top this off with a heated garage (we store one vehicle, but we have an additional space open for guest use) as well as ample parking for guests – and we’ve got everything you need. There are tons of activities in Frisco and you are at the doorstep of unlimited outdoor activities. Just a few blocks from the Marina, gets you all the fun of Lake Dillon!

    NO SKI BOOTS OR SHOES IN HOME: We have just done a complete remodel on our home and ask that no shoes be worn in the home. Absolutely NO SKI BOOTS or SKIS to be taken into the home. We have provided ski racks, boot and glove warmers in our garage and ask that all skis and ski gear be stored in the garage. The garage is heated for your convenience!

    THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in garage in driveway or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $5000 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

    PLEASE NO SHOES INSIDE THE UNIT. We kindly ask that enter through the garage and remove your ski boots and shoes while inside our home. Absolutely no SKI BOOTS allowed inside the home. HUGE THANK YOU for helping us to keep our home nice for you and all of our guests.

    MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests less than 25 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement.

    PROPERTY DAMAGES. Renters will be responsible for any property damages and excessive cleaning incurred during their stay. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

    CLEANING SERVICES. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. Home does have a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to twelve (12) persons.

    FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

    LIABILITY RELEASE: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.
    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 25% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available when you book your reservation as an optional service.
